Contractor Command uses service providers for infrastructure and features, including Floot for application hosting and backend services, Stripe for subscription payments, and Twilio for SMS functionality when enabled.

Customer data

Contractors using Contractor Command control the customer information they enter. Users should only upload or communicate information they are authorized to process and should honor customer opt-out and deletion requests where required.

Security

We use account authentication and service-provider security controls designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Information may be retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, billing, legal obligations, dispute resolution, backups, and service operation.
